A new piece taking shape. It began yesterday with scraps and bits. This base was just completed. It's about 45' x 45". Now the stitching begins. It already has a name "9-Patch on Jupiter".
I've been considering a new series reflecting on "inside - out" or "from the centre - out". It seems this will be the first piece.

Mmmmm. I really like this piece -- the richness you showed yesterday while it was under construction, now fitting together...a strong presence but also cozy and warm. Great balance of blues with the browns, rusts and blacks.
