Not my usual work, but not out of character!

The excitement is building with U2 back on tour in North America. Friends are posting photos of shows from Denver, Winnipeg... So I wanted to revisit a quilt I made and miss. 


In 2009 many friends and fans of U2 sent me their concert t-shirts - some of them quite rare. Lots of playing and piecing and machine quilting resulted in this quilt which sold at auction for $1,000. It was bought by a very cool, generous fan. The total amount went to the Steven Lewis Foundation. http://www.stephenlewisfoundation.org/
